Crust Nova is our signature fire-baked pizza and a Roast-n-Toast original born in Northern Virginia. The dough begins with Italian flour and a traditional biga, ferments for two full days, then bakes fast and hot into a blistered, leopard-spotted crust. Freshly Baked Pita carries the flavors of the Mediterranean and Middle East, while crepes and mini waffles bring a playful sweet finish.
